Health and wellness are the keys to being happy. Vitamins help with your health, and they are supplied from the foods that you eat. I take vitamins everyday because I know that I am not getting enough out of my daily intake of food. I try to take care of my body as much as possible by going to the gym and staying away from "bad" food. I know that if I miss the gym I feel terrible until I get back, so this just makes me feel as if working out is the best thing for my body.
Each vitamin has a specific job that helps your body stay healthy, just don't overdue it with some because it can be harmful instead. Vitamin A is for healthy skin, teeth, and eyes. Vitamin A comes from animal sources such as meat, eggs and cheeses. Vitamin B is made up of 8 individual vitamins including; B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 , B 12, folic acid, and biotin. Vitamin B complex is good for muscle tone, skin, hair, eyes, and liver. Vitamin C is for normal growth and development. Vitamin C was always known for common colds but in fact if you take it regularly it might shorten the common cold, but it doesn't reduce the risk form you getting it. Vitamin D is for healthy bones and also boosting the immune system. The sources of Vitamin D are from calcium and sun exposure.
There are so many more types of vitamins and how they help your body. Taking a multivitamin helps me keep up with the nutrients that I don't receive from the foods that I eat.
Working out is also very important in keeping the body healthy. Working out is a small part and eating right is the hardest part if you are not sure how.
Here's my site for the vitamins I sell and other products that can keep you healthy. There is a great product called Reset and the average user looses 5 pounds in 5 day, it's a jump start to start eating healthy.
